- Not a launch forecast — there's no "weeks to alpha" tile because we don't have effort estimates populated.
- Not a RAG report — the gates are listed by gating class (GA / marketplace / soft); the reader decides what's "red."
- Not a strategy document — see PRD.md, BRD.md, ARCHITECTURE.md.
- Not a re-derivation — this is a UI over substrate written by
tools/state-derive,tools/attestation-derive, et al. If a number looks wrong, fix the deriver, not the dashboard.
