Caveats
Durations are placeholder heuristics derived from
bucket + status, not real estimates. A node in in-flight
bucket gets 1.5 weeks; awaiting-synthesis gets 2.0; others
get 1.0. Replace by populating hive-meta.estimate on the
upstream Hive proposals and re-running state-derive /
hive-board-derive.
The critical path uses standard forward+backward longest-path pass
(lib/critical-path.js). Cycles are detected and reported
but don't crash the render.
